January 7, 2009

Dear clients and colleagues,

It is with great sadness that I announce that I will be closing my private practice at the end of May, 2009, to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland, where my wife has obtained a position with the World Health Organization.
Following the move, I will be available by email and Skype (a free long distance computer-to-computer chat service) to help ease the transition. In some cases, I may be able to continue providing care long distance pending clarification of some medicolegal issues regarding this. I will continue with continuity of care, assistance transferring to a new provider, help with prescription refills, records requests, etc.
I have been honored to be part of your care. As the time to move approaches, please peruse the list of names of recommended referrals and set up an initial appointment. You may also consult your plan to determine who takes your insurance, if applicable.
